How does check-in work?
Arrive, head straight to your room, enter your personal door code and settle in—no front desk or waiting required. We’ll send your access details before check-in, and we’re only a phone call away if you need us.
Is there a front desk?
We do not operate a traditional full-time front desk. Our team is available by phone and message to answer questions or help during your stay.
Which accommodations have private hot tubs?
The Woodsman Hill House, Maple Forge and Pine Hollow have private outdoor hot tubs. The woodland wellness area also has a communal hot tub available to lodging guests.
Is the pool heated and when is it open?
Yes. The outdoor pool is heated, with the temperature adjusted for the weather so it remains comfortable and refreshing. The pool is seasonal and is open at minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dates outside that period may vary with the weather.
Who can use the sauna and wellness area?
Registered lodging guests may enjoy the cedar sauna, communal hot tub, swing and fireside seating during posted hours.
What is available in The Library?
The Library offers shuffleboard, darts, chess, board games, arcade machines, a 75-inch television and an espresso coffee maker.
Are pets welcome?
Dogs are welcome for a $75 pet fee. Please include your dog when booking so we can have everything ready for your stay.
How close are you to downtown?
The property is approximately one mile from Historic Downtown Eureka Springs, on the quieter side of town.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms can vary by rate and booking channel. The policy shown during checkout for your selected rate is the policy that applies to your reservation.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome for a $75 pet fee. Please include your dog when booking. We are unable to accommodate other types of pets.
Guest-only amenities
The pool, woodland wellness area, sauna, communal hot tub and The Library are reserved for registered lodging guests and available during posted hours.
Arrival & access
Your personal door code and arrival details are sent before check-in. Access codes are intended only for the registered guests included in the reservation.
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is provided for registered guests. Please use the parking area designated for your accommodation.
